XA was selected to renovate 20,000 SF of office space including space planning for new offices and conference rooms. Substantial upgrades to the ADA and life safety systems were required including a new elevator, restrooms, fire alarm and sprinkler systems. A 50,000 SF aircraft maintenance space below was renovated to provide an advanced heavyweight package sort system. Site work consisted of building a new security/scanning building, a new truck ramp, providing accessible parking & access, and FAA required security fencing & gate upgrades.
