The owners of this ranch style house and guesthouse addition wanted the home designed in the style of the Viceroy Hotels chain in Palm Springs and Santa Monica. The site design of the guesthouse and cabana symmetrically opposing each other at the ends of the pool, were critical to finishing the ambience of the back yard and creating a great space for outdoor living and entertaining. This project was truly a sample of teamwork between the owner, architect, and contractor to create a beautiful, finished project that met the specific criteria of the owners in a timely fashion.
