The purpose of this project was to reduce the sort facility area from almost 110,000 SF to 44,000 SF. Relocation of ground service equipment facilities and aircraft maintenance facilities were a large part of the work that had to be done. This included the installation of new and existing sort equipment, demising walls, suspended ceilings, and mechanical and electrical work. In addition to interior work overhead doors, canopies and a new accessible ramp were added to the exterior.
