This project for FedEx Express involves two phases: finish upgrades for the entire third floor space, and a 2,500 SF tenant improvement for the inside sales department. The refinishing project involved new carpet and paint for the entire third floor, space planning for employee relocations and full upgrades to existing restrooms. The restroom upgrades included new tile, paint, partitions, plumbing fixtures, lighting fixtures and the addition of new shower areas. The tenant improvement project created a private space for thirty inside sales representatives, three managers, small conference room, and a graphics reproduction room.
